their customers reduce costs, improve quality and increase efficiency.
- Circuit and Resistor Assembly
-
Three resistors, each of a
different ohm rating, inserted into a circuit insert produced from .005”
thick phosphorous bronze, as the circuit insert is being stamped.
- Circuit and Terminal Assembly
-
Gold plated terminals inserted into a circuit produced from
.005" thick phosphorous bronze. This concept eliminated one
stamping die and one mold and dramatically reduces production costs.
- Appliance Pressure Switch
-
Three-piece assembly produced in a single
progressive die. It consists of a .006" thick brass spring
assembled to .020" thick brass, with a contact inserted into the
spring.
- Automotive Brake Switch
-
Three-piece assembly produced in a single
progressive die. It consists of a .005" thick BeCu spring
assembled to .032" thick tin-plated brass, with a contact
inserted into the spring.
